This is a WOOD project. Although we select the wood and prep it with care, your project will have random cracks, chips, knots, and other NATURAL blemishes that give your piece unique characteristics.
CUSTOM GUIDELINES --- Simple substitutions of words within the shown design and layout can *generally be made at no additional charge. However, significant changes to our standard designs or special requests for a completely new design are considered custom and must be submitted via email (hammerandstaintempe@gmail.com) at least 7 days prior to your event. If approved, a customization fee will apply.
All workshops are custom made and non-refundable once booked. If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, your reservation fee will be issued as store credit for future workshops and must be used within 60 days. Same day cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for credit.
Rescheduling will incur a $20 studio fee unless notice is given at least 6 hours in advance via email. If you do not attend your scheduled workshop, your payment is forfeited.
If you need to cancel, we can hold your project for up to 60 days for completion during Open Studio hours.
